Over the past 20¬†years, JR‚Äôs¬†international cross-industry management consulting experience¬†has included¬†Fortune 500¬†companies as well as¬†early stage¬†start-ups¬†and have¬†spanned¬†across all organizational functions.¬†As a senior consulting leader, JR has been responsible for the entire consulting lifecycle including selling engagements exceeding $3 million, managing executive relationships, recruiting, coaching and overseeing global initiatives while developing reusable intellectual capital.
He¬†leads¬†global joint client-consulting teams¬†in designing and implementing strategies that leverage¬†digital technologies¬†(Artificial Intelligence, blockchain, IoT, VR, AR, social‚Ä¶)¬†and the¬†integrated use of channels¬†to create and differentiate experiences throughout the¬†customer journey.
Previously, JR was a Senior Leader of IBM‚Äôs strategy and change internal practice. He has also¬†led the Chicago and Toronto offices of a digital strategy consulting firm,¬†spearheaded the creation of Gemini¬†Consulting‚Äôs digital practice, and¬†taught strategy and digital transformation at the graduate level¬†in the US and Canada.
He brings a broad set of¬†consulting tools, frameworks, and methodologies¬†including:¬†digital business models, analytics, innovation, digitization, transformation, design thinking,¬†ideation, customer experience journey, personas, digital marketing,¬†omni-channel strategies, social selling, employee engagement and advocacy, lifecycle, CRM, branding, nudging, adjacencies, facilitation, segmentation, RACI, balanced scorecards, search engine optimization, process mapping, and data visualization.
As an entrepreneur, he built a successful business from the ground up using digital marketing strategies, grew revenues for 10 consecutive years, and¬†maintained a Top 3 Google search ranking position for a decade.
Having lived where cultural diversity abound, he¬†understands the subtle nuances between cultures and markets.
JR¬†Geoffrion completed the¬†Wharton School¬†International Management Program, holds an¬†MBA¬†from the Schulich School of Business, and graduated from the¬†Engineering Science¬†program at the University of Toronto.
He holds dual¬†Canadian and American citizenship¬†and is fluent in¬†French.
